This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Capeet LLC dba Muri Lelu (collectively, “Muri Lelu” or “we” or “us” or “our”) collects, stores, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit our website ww.murilelu.com (the “Site”) or purchase our products (“Products”) (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to any Service offered or provided by Muri Lelu, regardless of how you access or use it. Any use of our Site or Services acknowledges the terms and intent of our Privacy Policy, in its entirety, including our use of cookies. Privacy of Children

Our Services are not intended for children. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to use our Services. What is Personal information

We share your personal information with third parties to help us use your personal information, as described above. We may share personal information if you opt-in to receiving our marketing materials.  For example, you may let us share personal information with our partners and others for their own marketing uses.  Those uses will be subject to their privacy policies.

We may share your information with vendors, service providers, contractors and agents in connection with the performance of services on our behalf. These service providers are prohibited from using your information except as needed to perform our work or as required by law.

You may request that we update or correct any personal information that is inaccurate, outdated or incomplete.

You may request a copy of your personal information we have on file.

Your European privacy rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. You also have the right to data portability and the right to restrict or object to our processing of personal data we have collected about you through the Services. In addition, you have the right to ask us not to process your personal data (or provide it to third parties to process) for marketing purposes or purposes materially different than for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us through the contact information below and specify which right(s) you intend to exercise. We may require additional information from you to allow us to confirm your identity. Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We retain your personal information as long as you use our Services or so long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so. These reasons may include fraud monitoring, detection and prevention, and compliance with applicable legal, tax, accounting, financial reporting, or contractual requirements. Where we must retain your personal information, we will do so in accordance with any applicable records-retention obligations.
